Description

Gutter Kings is a social survival RPG in a chaotic city sandbox, built for Meta Quest 3. You go from rags to riches in a grim, darkly humorous near-future city — and find out whether you're a criminal or a saint.

You start with nothing and build your way up. Set up money printers behind reinforced doors. Cook lean on a stove that might explode. Grow flowers guarded by wasps. Deliver packages through hostile streets. Raid other players' bases with a rocket launcher. The law escalates from beat cops to mechs — survive long enough to profit.

Criminal, neutral, or lawful — every path makes money, and the city pushes back. Server-authoritative multiplayer means shared stakes. Your base is your income source, spawn point, and raid target.

History

Gutter Kings started as one question: what happens when you drop DarkRP-style roleplay into a VR headset? The answer turned into a solo-dev project built from the ground up for Meta Quest 3 standalone.

The city draws from the sandbox chaos of Garry's Mod DarkRP and the open-world hustle of GTA — but rebuilt for the physicality of VR. You reach out and grab your money printer. You duck behind a wall when the SWAT team breaches. You hand off a package to a stranger who might rob you on the spot.

Built by a solo developer on roughly ten hours a week, Gutter Kings trades polish for scope and systems depth. Every feature ships because it makes the city feel more alive, more hostile, and more worth surviving.
